Having a will that expresses your desires can go a long way toward giving you peace of mind. After you pass away, your will serves as a legally enforceable document that speaks for you and relieves others from having to speculate about your wishes.

A will instrument may be used to inform others of how you would like your funeral arrangements to be handled, to direct the distribution of your assets, and to provide for the care of any minor children that you may have. For example, your will can contain provisions that would create a trust to manage your children's inheritance and provide for their needs until they reach a certain age.

Charles A. Randall, P.C. offers a BASIC WILL PACKAGE for $600 that includes a will for an individual or reciprocal wills for spouses. COMPLEX WILL PACKAGES are available beginning at $800.

All will packages include a Living Will and/or a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care for each individual to help ensure that your wishes are carried out should you become incapacitated and unable to communicate regarding your medical treatment before death.
